Shipping Accuracy: Check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.
Shipping Method: Orders are shipped according to the method you select at checkout (Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day Air or Ground). Certain shipping options may not be available for certain locations. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO or international addresses. No weekend deliveries available: We ship orders Monday through Thursday. No orders are shipped on Friday or weekends, no exceptions.
Local Deliveries: Local deliveries for Choux Closet Giftboxes will only occur on Fridays, so please plan accordingly.
Refunds and Replacements: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. In the event that the product you receive is defective or spoiled, you must contact us within 2 days from receiving your order. We will do our very best to address your issue and provide a replacement if feasible. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.
Ordering Policy: Orders can be placed via our website at www.frenchyspastries.com. For security purposes, we do not accept order information via email.
Cancellation Policy or Change of Order: Any change of order, including cancellations, must be communicated to us before 1pm ET the following day the order is placed. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or
cancellation.
Handling and Freshness: All products are shipped fresh from our kitchen in West Palm Beach, FL.
Shelf Life: We are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients free from artificial preservatives. Choux products must be refrigerated upon receipt or consumed immediately. When properly stored, all choux products will remain fresh and delicious for 1 week. All other products will stay good for approximately 2 weeks with refrigeration.
